GENHET: this function for the program R calculates the five most important individual heterozygosity estimates all at once without any size limitation (loci, alleles or individuals). It is very easy to use, and even people who have never used R should be able to make it work. Click here to get the function, its manual and example files. 22/11/2010: release of a new version (v3), which fixes a previous bug: a conversion problem triggered an overestimation of PHt and Hs_exp when more than 1 locus was coded with 2-digit alleles. 17/11/2011: release of a new version (v3.1) which fixes a problem of presentation of the results in the new R versions.

ALF: another easy-to-use function for the program R; it estimates allele frequencies from a genotype file. Click here to get the function and example files.
